Senior PPC operations is responsible for researching and implementing all paid search strategies. Focusing on understanding the business goals, building out highly optimal ad campaigns with attention to detail and high execution.

Salary: Market Related

Manage, review, and perform daily account responsibilities associated with Google Ads.
Maintain and monitor keyword bids, budgets and other important metrics.
Proficient in google sheets and excel.
Excellent spelling and grammar is a must.
Execute strategies for keyword opportunities, campaign structure, targeting, display network, and other areas of paid search in order to meet business goals.
Building out all types of campaigns, YouTube, shopping, DSA, remarketing and more.
Continuously work on improving the accounts quality score through ad copy, keyword optimisation and landing pages.
Understand e-commerce and create shopping campaigns, dynamic remarketing campaigns and merchant centre accounts.
Provide insights, manage, and create monthly client reporting.
Keep up to date with the latest PPC industry trends.
Work closely with the other team members to meet business needs.

Educational:

Google Ads Certified
Doubleclick / Search 360 experience is beneficial
Deep understanding of Bid / Budget management
In-depth understanding of Google Ads, Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, and Google Ads editor.

Experiential:

2+ years’ experience in Paid Search Marketing

Proficient in

Excellent Spelling and Grammar.
Comfortable with G Suite – Docs, Sheets, Drive.
Ability to manage moderate to large scale (R1m+ per month) Paid Search accounts in a variety of different business verticals.
Google Analytics.
Google Ads Scripts.

Qualifications:

A tertiary qualification is a benefit.

Skills:

Ability to manage time and complete multiple tasks to meet deadlines.
Must have strong computer skills, including familiarity with Google Suite products as well as advanced problem solving and analytical skills.
Strategic thinking with the ability to come up with new, creative solutions.
Exceptional communication skills to effectively message verbally and in writing, using a variety of communication methods to build productive relationships.
Prioritises and completes tasks with a concern for all the details involved; monitors and checks work for accuracy.
Easily adapts to change in responsibilities, work processes, timeframes, performance expectations, organisational culture or work environment.
Needs to be self-directed and effective working independently, yet equally comfortable contributing in a team environment.
Google Analytics and Google Webmaster Tools experience an advantage.
